Exercise 1: Individual Report 1 (Maxim mobile app)

In this exercise, we were required to pick a servicing app and do some testing before analyzing it from a UX designer's perspective.

I chose the taxi app 'Maxim', as it is not a super well known app when compared to counterparts like Grab, which may lead to some interesting features and flaws for me to find out.

Exercise 2: Individual Report 2 (Chagee web mini program)

For the second exercise, we were tasked to choose a servicing platform, whether it is an app, a website, or simply an electronical feature that can be used at a physical store to alter customer's experience. Then, we had to analyze and present our findings from a UX perspective.

After attending and listening to the lectures, I kind of get the gist of what UX design is all about, so I chose Chagee's web mini program and applied some of the things I learnt in my analysis,

REFLECTION

Before starting this module, I was honestly not very excited about this as it is very distinct from the kind of design I am used to. However, as an extension module, these first 2 exercises has helped me understand the importance of good UX design - not only for apps, but also for other daily things in life, as thought in the lectures.

Overall, I think the exercises were great, and these few weeks has been great.
